Sophie Lampel

Pilates Instructor

Sophie has been working as a professional actor for over 15 years. At drama school her love of human movement began, so working as a pilates instructor and personal trainer along side acting is a perfect combination. She enjoys educating her clients about the benefits of core strength, good posture and positive health choices giving you that spring in your step on a day to day basis.
Sophie is certified in Cert IV in Pilates with Polestar and has pilates qualifications in the U.K.
