Cancellation Policy & Conditions

Please allow an extra 10 minutes on first visit for initial consultation physical
and paperwork.

To ensure that you and all my clients receive the best possible service, please ensure that you arrive on time for your appointment. As this time has been reserved for you, late arrival may mean that your treatment time could
be cut short, however, full payment will be required.

Notice of cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee for all treatments.

You need to advise & present the gift certificate at the time of booking and visit.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
The Gift Certificate cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferrable.
Gift Certificate cannot be refunded.
